- Orders are dispatched promptly with tracking.
- Optional shipping insurance ($4.88) is available at checkout.
Lost packages
Storm Labs is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. We strongly recommend adding insurance to protect your order.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if a product is received damaged. If your product is damaged in shipping, email photos to dev@stormbiolabs.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
